Sadly after only a couple of weeks the gold-coated pen started to fade, making it look like it wasn't worth what I paid! However I got in touch with customer service who responded straight away, Lena, then arranged for the gift to be replaced and was also a fantastic help. Despite the issue, I would definitely purchase a gift from here again :)
