I wanted a "first time" fountain pen for my grandson. I knew which one I wanted. Gavelock had exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. I did have a time restriction to receive the pen and Gavelock packed and sent it out very quickly and giving me plenty of time to spare. I have no problems thoroughly recommending their services and will definitely use them again myself.
