This was a purchase of a travel pen for a work colleague. Therefore we needed the goods to arrive quickly and to a specific place. Amazon's closest equivalent couldn't meet the deadline. Gavelock made it just that and not Hell! The recipient was delighted with the quality of the rollerball pen. Would I buy from them again? Of course.
