I was impressed by the rapidity of the delivery - without paying a huge postage fee - and safely packed. The website was easy to use and the picture of the Pen I purchsed was clear and clearly allowed me to examine the finer deatils. I shall look at this site first when considering another purchase. (I am a pen-freak, so this could be very soon!)
